Adler University Alumni Board Members

The 2015-16 Adler University Alumni Board Members are:

Madelyn Esposito, M.A. '12, Chicago

Madelyn Esposito, earned her Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy from Adler University. Currently, Madelyn is a School-Based Clinician for SGA Youth & Family Services, a non-profit organization serving underserved families in the Chicago area. Madelyn provides individual, family, and group therapy within Chicago public high schools and has assisted over 140 families struggling with trauma, grief, interpersonal conflict, and gang involvement. She offers professional development training and consultation to school faculty and mental health support staff regarding systemic interventions when supporting students and their families experiencing trauma. In addition to trauma, Madelyn is interested in assisting individuals and couples experiencing sexual issues and is currently earning her certification in sex therapy from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Matthew Finn, Psy.D. ’01, M.A. ‘95, Chicago

Dr. Finn earned his Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and Master of Arts in Counseling, Specialization in Forensic Psychology degrees from Adler University. Currently, Dr. Finn is core faculty in the Adler University’s M.A. in Counseling: Specialization in Forensic Psychology program. Dr. Finn is a clinical psychologist who has professionally participated with the state and federal courts, the department of corrections, and the department of human services the future of psychology and the law are of great importance. He works to help students develop into clinically competent, ethically based, and socially responsible professionals with the ability to interact with the criminal justice system.

Jon Rosenfield, M.A. ’11, Chicago

Jon Rosenfield earned his Master of Arts in Counseling from Adler University. Currently, he is a Career Counselor at Loyola University Chicago. In his role as the Career Development Center's liaison to the social science departments within the College of Arts and Sciences, he works with students to discern and explore majors and career paths of interest, and also advises students in the process of a job or internship search, informational interviewing, networking, and more.  In addition, Jon teaches a section of the Adler University’s Career and Life Planning Seminar, as well as cultivates partnerships with faculty in the departments he serves, and employers/internship coordinators in the community.
